All prices quoted on the site are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). To convert the prices into your local currency please use the live currency converter at XE.com All prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change without prior notice. We do not accept any liability for loss due to the incorrect measurement of any product on this site. We do however, strive to make sure they are as accurate as possible.

Payments
We use a third party payment gateway called Mal's e-commerce, to process your order. We have been doing business with them for over 8 years and have found their site to be secure and safe for credit and debit card payments. Their site is tested daily to make sure it is impenetrable from hacker attacks using McAfee's ScanAlert™ technology.

Dispatch
Average dispatch time for most orders is 28 workshop days this is however dependant on suitable timber supplies and seasonal peaks. If you have any quiries about our dispatch time please contact us before you purchase any product to be advised on how long an order will take to be dispatched.

Returns
With orders dispatched to UK and EU addresses, it is the law that you have 7 working days to contact us and return any products, if you are not satisfied for any reason. However, the purchaser has to pay the full cost of returning the product to us.
